Shawano County Rules have changed
Rules of the Shawano Board ,,, I thought we had a "Charter" which like a Constitution declared how the people wanted the County to be run. I find that every two years, the "Board" makes new "rules" as they want to run us. I am very upset with this arrangement as it places the powers in to few hands.

Jails and Jails and Jails
Another jail expansion, building program is on the table. Is this needed? What
is the future plan? Many issues are in this matter. Read the plan(s) and
