I believe we can do a dam site better! I suggest the following platform:
1. Democrats believe we are a Republic with a Republican form of government. Democrats will stop the republicans from turning the USA into a federal government with one dude running the show. (Dictatorship)
2. Terrorists instill fear in a country so they have power over those people. It time to grieve the horrible tragedy of 9-11. It is time we go through the stages of shock, anger, guilt, grief and finally acceptance. Our grief is reality. We must accept the fact that the USA CAN be attacked. But we do not have to fear an attack as the majority of us will survive, fight, and carry on. Democrats will encourage we the people to unite and be proud of our country and our people. We will not be shaken by fear mongers. Democrats will lead this great Nation with pride, not treating us like a bunch of wimps who would run away instead of confronting any suspicious behavior in our neighborhoods and work. We are the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard. We are NOT afraid of responsibility or enemies. Indeed if military is necessary, it will be US they send.
3. Democrats honor Liberty. Liberty is responsibility. We define our Liberty by the Constitution, Bill of Rights and laws of our Nation and States. We will not tolerate this madness of freedom, free to do anything, free to be irresponsible. The historical result of freedom is a dictator would come along to save us from ourselves by initiating laws and rules destroying our Liberty. That is history folks, over and over again.
4. We must keep our focus on important issues. People need to be healthy and educated to be productive citizens. This is the primary duty of our community (Nation) Our productivity is dependant on healthy, educated people. Democrats will provide quality public education and quality health care for every citizen.
5. The strength of our Nation is the people. Healthy, educated people will build business, build corporations. Corporations do not build anything. Corporations are simply people come together to do business. Democrats support the people.
6. Corporations and all entities trading in the United States will be licensed and held accountable. Individuals who perform illegal acts will be prosecuted.
7. The values inferred in "the Right to Happiness" are
livening according to principles. Some of these are declared in the Wisconsin
Constitution Maintenance of free government. SECTION 22. The blessings of a free
government can only be maintained by a firm adherence to justice, moderation,
temperance, frugality and virtue,
and by frequent recurrence to fundamental principles.
Therefore the Democrat Party will adopt these values justice, moderation, temperance, frugality and virtue,and other fundamental principles.

They are dressed in Republican garb, but are far from “conservative”. Necons have a definite agenda. The “ol’ Plan for America” of the Newt Gingrich days is close to the agenda. Privatize, dominate, destroy “states” power, (Republican Government) support all Corporate agenda. (Fascism) Take over and rule the Global Community, or they will rule us. The agenda is NOT compliant with the US Bill of Rights or Constitution. “Free” Trade is really un-ruled trade. Purported to be without sanction. Poor countries cannot subsidize their farmers, while the US can pour surplus grains and flood their markets. This impoverishes families and many are starving to death. Meanwhile, back at the US Bush subsidizes steel, will not allow Canada to export their cheaper drugs into the US. The Europe Union is suing for many millions of dollars because of illegal US subsidizes.
